Can I bring a plus one? Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision. Since we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we're only inviting our closest loved ones. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Parking: Parking is available on site, but no vehicles can be left overnight.

Guest shuttle: Departs at 2:45 pm. We are offering a park and ride option for our guests. Pickup will be at Club Regent Blue Bomber shuttle area Northeast Corner Parking Lot. Please arrive a few minutes prior to load into the bus . The bus will pick you up from The White Poplar at 12:00 am and return you to your vehicle.

Ceremony: We are outdoors, so please dress accordingly. This is an outdoor, semi-enclosed venue. Much of the day will be spent outdoors.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, please arrive on time.

This is an unplugged ceremony - no phones. We have a professional photographer that will capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us!
